We wish to advise that Ray White Bungendore will continue to maintain ‘business as usual’ for as long as circumstances permit and we are planning a ‘phased’ approach in implementing any alternative operating arrangements where necessary to ensure the health, safety and welfare of our Clients, Purchasers, Suppliers and of course our Team.
Please be assured that our management team are actively monitoring COVID-19 developments in-line with the Australian Government and World Health Organisation recommendations along with Occupational Workplace safety resources that have been provided as a result of the escalating issue.
Ray White Bungendore is actively implementing the recommended measures to support the public effort in prioritising the health, safety and welfare of the community of Bungendore, our surrounding villages and Canberra in helping to minimise the spread of Corona Virus (COVID-19). We are already utilising disinfectant sprays, gloves and sanitisers at the office, appointments and home viewings and are moving toward more protection measures for our team and clients, whether they be tenancy or sale related, we first actioned these policies three weeks ago.
Until further notice our agency (like many others) will be putting on hold any non-essential site visits, meetings and interim inspections to ensure our staff and clients health and safety are considered first and foremost as a priority.
The Property Management Team will be working between the office and at home, the Sales Team will be conducting home viewings by appointment, where appropriate.
We would ask that you call the office to confirm an appointment before attending, this could avoid disappointment should the team member not be there or is working from home.
Be assured we are committed to the professional and ongoing management of your property sale and or rented property and these policies are just another example of Ray White Bungendore demonstrating it’s responsibility to keeping you, those around us and our team as safe and healthy as we can be in these difficult times.
