We urge all landlords to revisit their Landlord Insurance Policies. We’ve encountered an insurer (won’t mention the name but has four letters!) who won’t pay arrears amounts under 4 weeks owing, they also won’t pay for cleaning of the property or rubbish removal….. this leaves us wondering what it is that they would cover.Each insurance company is different and so are their policies – please read the fine print before committing, or if you do already have a policy perhaps take the time to review it today – before it’s needed and before you find out that you aren’t covered correctly.
